If you received your order and it was not what you expected (wrong product), the wrong size (due to our mistake) or was damaged during shipment we will gladly arrange an exchange with you. Please inspect your items and notify us within 72 hours of receiving your package if your order is damaged.
If you need to make a return due to our error (wrong size, defective or damaged), please contact us at email@example.com.
For all other purposes, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item ordered is considered a custom order because they are printed on a made to order basis.
Once you place your order you can expect your items to ship within 2-7 business days. We aim to ship your items as quickly as possible!
We ship using USPS and the ship times for USA orders are 2-5 business days. For Canada, shipping time is 5-10 business days.
We can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Shipping costs are based on the items you order.
